Dr. Takeo Shigemoto
JSR Corporation Manager / Human Resources Development
It was three years ago that I was transferred to the human resources development and found a saying in the office:"When you need help, you should ask PACHS!"Why? PACHS took a quick action toward our urgent in-house training request and also conducted substantial training by listening to our needs carefully. We are continuing to order critical thinking trainings for the young, new graduates, PACHS has satisfied us completely.
A training for critical thinking often focuses on how to improve skills, however, PACHS provides the one that also values basic skills for those engaging in the global business. Whereas most of our employee are graduates from the scientific course, they have to understand the fact that "the logic learned in scientific area" is NOT necessarily equal to "the logic required in the business field".PACHS has produced such kind of customization to meet our needs. We suggest you ask Mr. Kimura from PACHS if you need the topnotch facilitators and programs at a global level.
My first impression toward Mr. Mr. Kimura was passionate and faithful, which still holds true for him now.
The business man striving for his dream has surely encouraged me to work hard in the human development area.I hope Mr. Kimura will keep inspiring me as ever and I try best to be more energetic like him.We should keep in touch and I believe he provides "burning passion" for the future.

Our mission is "to vitalize the society through Plays and Movies".Given our business arena has been changing rapidly, we have to reconsider the way of doing the business as well as the existing business model.
Under this circumstance, Shochiku has kicked off building a new human development system and introduced a variety of training courses. However, despite the efforts, we were having such headaches as "The gap between the training and realities of business makes it difficult for us to put it into practice.", and"We were unable to maintain a motivation and concentration of attendees, failing to get the most out of the trainings."Although we, at first, had meetings with PACHS just for gathering information about HRD,the firm seriously listened to the challenges on our human development and introduced Mr. Sato, the best expert who helps us resolve concerns in the trainings from the aspect of marketing.
I took part in Mr.Sato's training course for marketing two years ago.At that time I assumed Marketing to be an academic theory originated in the United State in action to using abstruse terms and data based on statistical research.Contrary to my expectation, his session using intriguing, familiar cases was quite easy to understand, allowing me to reach the essence of marketing as well as its application to the business development.
I found it very useful.
All of the facilitators of PACHS are unique and excellent! Our employees, who tend to be less motivated if the facilitators are NOT attractive, were very much satisfied with Mr.Sato's sessions.
A majority of the attendees are young staff so far while we look forward to offering better programs for the middle-aged and the managers.
Voice of the attendees
 |
| It was an exciting seminar in which we thought through, moved and discussed proactively. The session moved ahead at a fast pace and beat my brains. |
 |
| I came up with the idea that the program necessitated a rethinking of companies, works and individuals in terms of marketing. |
 |
| I had a clear vision for marketing to some extent. |
 |
| I would like to utilize marketing in the daily life and the business in addition to market research from now on. |

Our Goal is to develop the autonomous talent. We had some frustration for the new manager training which we employed for the past few years. The past training focusing on only communication was NOT able to meet the needs of attendees with the problems of organizational operation and human resources development as well as communication.
We have faced with a dilemma: we want to reduce hours of the training so that minimize time of participants being out of the office while maximizing the quality by adding organizational operation and human resources development, which contributes to building a high-performance team.I met Mr. Kimura of PACHS at that time and he introduced Mr. Taoka, who is a splendid facilitator.
Mr.Taoka's leadership session included his empathetic talk based on his on-the-job leadership experience, his lecture about recent business trend and his excellent facilitation focusing on group-work,. It made the attendees very happy and also reduced days of the training.
We greatly appreciate PACHS's quality trainings. We will keep in touch to seeking for better solutions.
Voice of the attendees
 |
| The facilitator has a rich business experience and gave us a specific, clear-cut lecture. |
 |
| I know I will be able to improve the daily business because I have learned a lot about what I am lacking and how I behaved thus far. |
 |
| The lesson was easy to understand as the facilitator was NOT teaching BUT leading a dialogue. |
 |
| I would like to capitalize on what I learned in my organization. |
